- This price includes: Canapes for all at 1pm; sandwiches on your stand for your sales team; Afternoon Tea at 2.30pm for exhibitors and 100 Visitors; complimentary tea & coffee all day for exhibitors and visitors.
So you can have a 4sqm stand for 2 days from as little as £1080* (ex VAT). NB Non BITA Members pay a 20% surcharge.
SPACE ONLY - Total Number of Square Metres @ £300 per square metre (e.g. 4sqm = £1200 / 6sqm = £1800 / 8sqm = £2400 / 12 sqm = £3600 / 16sqm = £4800) You can have as many square metres as you like to a maximum of 50sqm - as long as space is available
Package Deal - INCLUDES 4 metres of display screens (one side only ie another exhibitor uses the back of them), 2 spotlights, 16 hooks or 2 headers for tracks/ poles per 4sqm of space @ £340 per square metre. (eg 4sqm = £1360 / 6sqm = £2040 / 8sqm = £2720 / 12sqm = £4080 / 16sqm = £5440)
Total Number of Cubic Metres on our vans - this includes storage near Milton Keynes before and after the show NB you cannot deliver goods to the hotel until the Saturday afternoon before the show (restricted hours) and you cannot leave goods at the hotel for collection after 9pm on the Monday, - THE FEE also includes Insurance, Transport, Van Parking, Loading and Unloading on to your stand @ £100 per cubic metre.
BITA Gala Dinner and Dance (Attire: Cocktail / Black Tie optional) - £50 per ticket for Sunday night at the same venue from 8pm. This includes a Sparkling Wine Cocktail, a 3 course dinner, half a bottle of wine per person, DJ and Dancing. You can have your own private table for 10 tickets - why not buy tickets for your best customers? Tickets are Limited so Book Early!
